Everything was perfect - the cleanliness of the rooms, the hotel facilities including the amazing rooftop swimming pool and the quiet garden areas, the central location to all the major sights and the city center, and the convenience of transportation to and from this city.

The hotel is located in a historic quarter within walking distance of all the major sites and close to many attractions. The rooms are well furnished, clean, and comfortable with great beds and soaking tubs to relax. The staff is welcoming and helpful. The hotel offers inviting outdoor spaces to hang out and relax. The breakfast buffet boasts more than continental options and is delicious.
The reception staff could be more welcoming and attentive.

Beautifully historic accommodation in an unbeatable location with excellent amenities, including a rooftop pool. Staff is attentive and friendly, and breakfast offers many options. Rooms are well-equipped and luxurious with modern comforts and spacious bathrooms. a delightful stay in a unique setting.

The hotel offered a unique and historic experience with its museum-like ambiance. The rooftop pool area provided great views, and the breakfast in the historic tunnels was a nice experience. The staff were helpful and the hotel was kept clean.
The hotel's location in the Old Town made driving challenging due to narrow roads and heavy foot traffic. Unloading the car and finding parking was also difficult.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautifully unique hotel with lovely patios and a great location. I enjoyed exploring the underground gardens and the courtyard sitting area. The breakfast was one of the best I had in Spain. One night, the piped music was too loud, but I asked for it to be turned off and the staff were accommodating.

We loved staying here! The location was perfect for exploring the sights of this city on foot, and we never had to take the car out of the car park round the corner. Our room was serviced daily and the available room service made life much easier. The staff were really helpful - they accommodated our early check-in request and the receptionist even gave us free champagne and sang Happy Birthday in our room! The garden terrace and rooftop pool were real highlights, and we found the spa very relaxing. The free wifi in our room was really useful, too.
